Public Transportation
Seoul has an extensive and efficient public transportation system that makes it easy to get around the city.
Subway
The Seoul Metro is one of the most efficient and affordable ways to travel around the city. Trains run from approximately 5:30 AM to midnight.
Bus
Seoul's bus system is color-coded: blue buses travel long distances on major roads, green buses travel shorter distances, red buses are express buses, and yellow buses operate in the downtown area.
T-money Card
The T-money card is a rechargeable transportation card that can be used on subways, buses, and taxis. It offers discounts on transfers between different modes of transportation.
